I'm Melinda Davis, a REALTOR® with Benchmark Realty, LLC, serving Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and the greater Middle Tennessee area. Melinda Davis Homes is my personal brand, built on the belief that real estate should feel like a partnership, not a transaction.
Before real estate, I spent 30 years in corporate leadership and negotiation, most of it in distribution and logistics. I hold an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from Cumberland University. I bring that same strategic, detail-driven approach to every home I help you buy or sell.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping more than 100 clients find their way home, and every one of those relationships still means something to me.
